CORPORATE INFORMATION
DMI Rojas was founded by Dr. Roberto Ricardo Rojas in 1978, in its beginnings denominating itself Computed Teletermography™  to afterwards change it to CEDEM™  - Centro de Estudios de las Enfermedades Mamarias (Study Center of Mammary Illnesses) Dr. Rojas, with infrastructure in French 2699, Capital Federal, Argentina. Since then, mammary diagnosis has been the foundational discipline that has achieved its current excellent recognition of the medical market.

Due to the quality, service and professionalism shown in this business, the possibility was given to the opening of a new branch in Lapdria 1810, Capital Federal, Argentina,(together with the closing of the branch corresponding to French 2699) and a new medical center in Alvear 235, Martínez, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

At the end of 1997, the construction for the new installations in Martinez was started, finalizing it in December of 1998( Ladislao Martínez 275, Martínez), widening so, the specter of medical services rendered until then, incorporating ecodoppler, osseous densitometry, contrasted specialized radiology, digital mammography, etc.

NEED
Diagnóstico Rojas is in stage of full expansion and development of its commercial department, for that matter it needs to count with a group of tools that permit it to manage the demand generation and to obtain sales reports and listings in real time.

The tools had to integrate with the internal management systems of the company, in a way that made it transparent for the users to consult information of the different systems and generate consequent reports.

All the modules to be developed had to be intuitive and easy to use for the user of the diagnostic center as it would become their daily tool at work.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE
The biggest challenge that Exelsum had to face was the integration of different tools that the center counted with and the development of the software in consequence.

The client needed an tool that permitted the measurement of its commercial performance, to realize comparatives and to generate reports automatically.

The tools had to generate information in real time, permitting a lesser dedication of time to achieve better and bigger results.

Another challenge was to understand the logic of our client and the needs of the commercial and general management.

PROJECT DETAILS
Exelsum developed a solution that consists of different modules and functionalities. The first is in charge of importing the data from the management software that the client uses, due to this the application is fed of information that is afterwards analyzed and exported in various formats and listings.

By means of the use of dynamic graphics, the management can easily visualize different performance results, evolution of the different lines, the different centers, measured geographically. The system generates dynamic reports, number of patients, number of studies, incident and medical graphics, etc.

The project demanded 5 months' work and the participation of the persons in highest charges of the institution.
