In Bilbao we visited The European Software Institute ESI, were we carried out conversations tending to the signing of an agreed business collaboration frame in topics of Software Quality between Exelsum and companies of Bilbao.

After having visited Barcelona, Bilbao and Madrid, we had the impression that there are a vast number of opportunities for Exelsum and every Argentinean company linked to the TIC market:
The possibility to operate as commercial bridges respectively (Argentina as an access to Latin America, and Barcelona as an access to the European, Mediterranean, and even African and Chinese markets), the common language and culture, the favorable exchange rate regarding the costs of production in Argentina, among other.

Exelsum had a very positive and active participation in the commercial mission to Barcelona, during which 19 interviews were held, in which opportunities for joint ventures emerged. As well as joint ventures; outsourcing, consultancy and commercial alliances appeared as viable and interesting possibilities.

The above mentioned commercial mission was carried out with the organization of ProArgentina- SePyMe and the back up of CESSI and Bairexport.

Even this experience having been very positive for everyone, there are many things to learn and to be done. We believe that in the future is of vital importance to achieve more unity, previews preparation and clearer common objectives, as well as the carrying out of balances, joint conclusions of the missions and most important, to have all the experienced accumulated in a database of knowledge that stands and remains through time.
